At LiDAR Magic<\/strong>, we stand behind the quality of our LiDAR technology. Because we serve B2B clients with high-precision hardware, our return policy is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and shipping damage to ensure the integrity of our inventory.<\/div>\n

1. 30-Day Return Window<\/div>\n
You have 30 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.<\/div>\n

2. Eligibility for Returns<\/div>\n
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet one of the following criteria:<\/div>\n

    • Manufacturing Defect:<\/strong> The hardware fails to operate according to technical specifications due to a factory error.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Physical Damage upon Arrival:<\/strong> The product was damaged during transit before reaching your facility.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The product must be in its original packaging<\/strong> with all cables, manuals, and accessories included.<\/div>\n

      3. Exclusions (What is NOT covered)<\/div>\n
      We do not accept returns for:<\/div>\n

        • Usage Damage:<\/strong> Any damage caused by improper installation, integration, or electrical surges.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Physical Misuse:<\/strong> Damage resulting from drops, collisions, or exposure to environments outside the product\u2019s IP rating.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Change of Mind:<\/strong> As a B2B provider, we do not offer refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or project cancellations.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Software\/Data:<\/strong> Digital licenses or software associated with the hardware are non-refundable once activated.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Mandatory Pre-Negotiation<\/div>\n
          Refunds are not automatically granted<\/strong> upon receipt of a return.<\/div>\n

            • All refunds must be negotiated and approved in advance<\/strong> with our technical support and sales team.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to us. Shipments sent without an RMA will be rejected.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                2. Evaluation:<\/strong> Our engineers will review the claim to determine if the issue is a factory defect or usage damage.<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. Negotiation:<\/strong> If the claim is valid, we will discuss a resolution (Repair, Replacement, or Refund).<\/span><\/li>\n
                4. Shipping:<\/strong> If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the package is insured for its full value.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  6. Refunds<\/div>\n
                  If a refund is agreed upon during the negotiation phase:<\/div>\n
