Thank you for choosing LiDAR Magic. We specialize in providing high-precision LiDAR technology to businesses worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and customer responsibilities.
1. Shipping Options & Costs
All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
    • The total weight and dimensions of the hardware.
    • The shipping destination.
    • The selected courier service (e.g., 4PX, China Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Before finalizing your purchase, you will be presented with real-time shipping rates and estimated delivery windows.
2. International Shipping & Customs
We offer worldwide shipping to most locations. Please note the following regarding international orders:
    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: LiDAR Magic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
    • Import Compliance: As a B2B purchaser, it is your responsibility to ensure that the imported LiDAR equipment complies with your local regulations and that you possess any necessary import licenses.

3. Processing & Handling Time
    • In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
    • Backorders/Pre-orders: Lead times for specialized sensors or high-volume orders will be communicated via email.
    • Business Days: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Issues & Damages
LiDAR Magic is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we understand the high value of LiDAR equipment:
    • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
    • We recommend inspecting all hardware immediately upon arrival.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your business shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Rerouting fees charged by carriers will be invoiced to the customer.
